The whole production process of outdoor medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker

What are the main steps involved in the production of outdoor type medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker:

1. Each accessory of the operating mechanism (Spring motor drive): metal, spring, motor, gasket on the first floor storage inspection: including size Micro-computer measurement, plating thickness; after qualify approved, to the raw material warehouse in second floor;
2. The installation of the operating mechanism, from each piece of metal, spring, motor, gasket, is assembled into the operating mechanism;
3. The constant temperature laboratory of the operating mechanism is 100% fully inspected, and each mechanism is equipped with two automatic testing stations, which can test 6--8 pcs mechanisms at the same time, and automatically open and close to check the operating characteristics;
4. In the Vacuum Interrupter production area on the third floor of the workshop, the vacuum interrupter exclusive from top four brands in China, are installed into Vacuum poles;
5. In the production line of vacuum circuit breaker, the operating mechanism is installed into the base of the vacuum circuit breaker, supplemented by the opening spring. Quality control from process detail: fix each screw with hot melt adhesive after testing, to avoid the vibration of the screw during transportation and long time use, which may affect the contact surface of the wire or even the wire falls off;
6. The Vacuum Interrupter Pole were installed into the vacuum circuit breaker, other optional functions material: Isolating switch, current transformer, voltage transformer, the sensor, and the re-closer controller were all installed to the vacuum circuit breaker;
7. Inspection of finished vacuum circuit breakers: including operation performance, circuit resistance, power frequency withstanding voltage, and accuracy; finished VCB inspection is also 100% full inspection;
8. Sample type test: random choose one vacuum circuit breaker from batch finished production, and do the test in the STL laboratory on the first floor, including: 8.1. High current test; 8.2. Salt spray test; 8.3. High and low temperature test; 8.4. Partial discharge test; 8.5. Lightning impulse withstand voltage test;
The sample type test is destructive, and the Vacuum circuit breaker after tested cannot enter the market.
